\n\t\t\tASSOCIATION DES CONSOMMATEURS INDUSTRIELS DE GAZ AU QU\u00c9BEC ET EN ONTARIO\n\t\t<\/h2>\n\t

\u2022 Founded in 1973, the Industrial Gas Users Association (IGUA) represents the largest industrial users of natural gas in Ontario and Quebec. Membership spans across mining, metals, petrochemicals, chemicals, forest products, and manufacturing sectors.<\/p>\n

\u2022 IGUA is an effective intervenor for the industry at regulatory hearings related to natural gas at the Ontario Energy Board, the R\u00e9gie de l’\u00e9nergie, and the Canadian Energy Regulator.<\/p>\n

\u2022 IGUA advocates with provincial and federal governments on policy issues that impact reliable access to natural gas at a competitive price.<\/p>\n\t\t

Nazim Sebaa<\/h3>\n\t\t\t

NAZIM SEBAA<\/h3>\n

Nazim Sebaa is the President of the Industrial Gas Users Association (IGUA), where he leads the Association’s advocacy efforts on behalf of Canada’s largest industrial natural gas consumers. He works closely with members, governments, regulators, and industry stakeholders to advance policies that support a competitive, reliable, and sustainable energy future for Canadian industry.<\/p>\n

Nazim has close to 15 years of experience in energy economics, regulatory affairs, project management, and public policy, with particular expertise in natural gas markets, climate policy, energy management, and industrial competitiveness. Prior to becoming President, he worked as an energy economics and regulatory consultant, advising large industrial energy consumers on a broad range of energy and policy issues.<\/p>\n

Serge Laflamme, ing., P. Eng.<\/h3>\n\t\t\t

SERGE LAFLAMME<\/h3>\n

Serge Laflamme has a degree in electrical Engineering from the Universit\u00e9 de Laval. He joined Rayonier Advanced Materials in 1997 and over the course of his 27-year career has worked in the areas of engineering, project management, construction, energy management and procurement.<\/p>\n

In 2006, Mr. Laflamme was promoted to a corporate role supporting energy management for electricity and natural gas procurement and energy project development. He was appointed as Manager, Energy and commodity Procurement in October 2014. After the acquisition of Tembec by Rayonier Advanced Materials, he was promoted as Manager, Energy procurement. In his new function, Mr. Laflamme is responsible for procurement of all energy for Rayonier Advanced Material in Canada, USA and France.<\/p>\n

Serge is a member of the Professional Engineers of Ontario and the Ordre des Ing\u00e9nieurs du Qu\u00e9bec. Casey Spoden<\/h3>\n\t\t\t

CASEY SPODEN<\/strong><\/p>\n

Casey Spoden holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and an MBA with an investment management focus from the Tippie College of Business at the University of Iowa.<\/p>\n

She joined CF Industries in 2017 and over the last 9 years has worked in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, and most recently Natural Gas. As a manager on the Natural Gas team, she is responsible for natural gas procurement for three of CF’s manufacturing facilities across North America.
